spirit sharper than ever. While the system buries its dead and agonizes 
in yet another crisis, we, of the Anarchist Federation of Espírito Santo 
(FACA), greet the new year not with expectations of reforms or changes 
from above, but with the certainty that our freedom will be built by our 
own fists, day after day. May this be the year we deepen the roots of 
autonomy in Espírito Santo, transforming each neighborhood, each school, 
each workplace into a territory free from employer exploitation and 
state tutelage. The misery of capital doesn't take vacations, and 
therefore our struggles will not rest either!

History has already shown us that individual rebellion, however 
courageous, is not enough to overthrow the pillars of oppression. That 
is why FACA reaffirms its unwavering commitment to serious and lasting 
organization. We are not a mere spontaneous grouping; we are an 
organization forged in the class struggle, structured to attack the 
system on its multiple fronts. We know that to liquidate capitalism and 
the State, discipline, tactics, and strategic vision are necessary. The 
construction of popular power is not done through improvisation, but 
with the organized stubbornness of those who know that victory requires 
constancy and total dedication. Against the fragmentation that the 
system imposes on us, we respond with the strength of the collective!

But the struggle cannot be limited to our backyards. The enemy is global 
and organized in networks of exploitation and domination; therefore, our 
resistance must also be internationalist and coordinated. For this 
reason, FACA is proudly affiliated with the Federalist Anarchist Union 
(UAF), building tactical and strategic unity with our brothers and 
sisters in struggle throughout Brazil. And through the UAF, we join the 
International Federation of Anarchists (IFA), weaving the threads of 
rebellion that connect the continents. From the workers' movement in 
Europe to territorial struggles in Latin America, passing through 
anti-fascist resistance in every corner, the IFA is living proof that 
anarchism is a global force, coordinated and ready to strike.

May 2026, therefore, be the year of change. A year in which the 
coordination between anarchist forces translates into a direct offensive 
against capital. The KNIFE remains standing, with the knife between its 
teeth, ready to sabotage the gears of exploitation and build, from now 
on, the new world within the old hull of society. We invite all the 
nonconformists to abandon the illusion of passivity and join the 
organized struggle. The time is now, the force is ours, and victory will 
belong to those who do not ask permission to be free! Forward, for 
tomorrow does not wait! For the UAF and the IFA, until the complete 
destruction of this world of misery!
