reading in Congress with the hardline anti-rights faction almost intact.

demonstrating a clear intention to continue the struggle. ---- We
believe this is a crucial first step and that it is imperative to deepen

prepare, to rally comrades, to gather support, to organize, and to fight
to redouble our efforts when the reform is debated in Congress. Strikes
and mobilizations are and will be our primary tools as a class.
With no hope in representative democracy, it is time to define, through
struggle, the limits that we, the people, are setting on this
anti-people and anti-rights offensive. Let us continue working for the
unity of the labor movement and all sectors in struggle to stop this
onslaught.
