Senator Jacqueline Eustache-Brinio of "Les Républicains" party, who is 
overseeing its organization.

Eustache-Brinio is also the author of the proposed bill regarding the 
"care of minors questioning their gender." This bill is currently 
stalled in the National Assembly's Social Affairs Committee, pending 
recommendations from the French National Authority for Health (HAS)-an

We are concerned about this climate, particularly due to the way it is 
being exploited by the weekly magazine *Marianne*, which was purchased 
in 2018 by Czech billionaire Daniel Kretínský. The Kretínský empire is 
indeed relentlessly targeting organizations such as Le Planning Familial 
and OUTrans.

Accusations of Islamism, entryism, "transgenderism," secessionism, 
separatism, or radicalism-any pretext serves to denounce them. One 
backdrop to these attacks is the need for the magazine *Marianne* to 
navigate court-ordered restructuring, a topic we cover in our article

Kretínský poses an even greater threat given his ownership of Fnac and
