Make no mistake: the infamous 6x1 schedule is not just a "work schedule model," it is the most brutal and cruel face of capitalist exploitation in the modern world of work. It represents the kidnapping of our lives, the alienation of our existence, and the systematic theft of our time in exchange for crumbs to survive. It is the materialization of the perverse logic that the worker exists only to generate profit, while their body sickens, their mind is exhausted, and their dreams are crushed under the weight of insane production. Therefore, we cannot treat this as a simple technical debate or any reformist agenda.

Brazil and the modern world of work are immersed in a profound crisis of humanity, where "time is money" has become a social death sentence for the working class. The 6x1 work schedule, in particular, is the ultimate symbol of employer oppression: it's the gear that spins tirelessly to ensure the boss accumulates wealth while the worker only accumulates fatigue and debt. The image of the clock and the worker in silhouette in the advertisement is not an aesthetic accident; it's a visual cry denouncing a life lived for work, where "rest" is merely a short interval to recharge batteries for the next round of exploitation. This is not a discussion about labor laws, it's a discussion about class struggle.

Enough of conciliation, enough of accepting crumbs as victories. The Federalist Anarchist Union invites everyone to a reflection that is, above all, an act of resistance. We will not talk about how to "improve" capitalism or how to "humanize" exploitation. We will discuss the perverse logic of wage labor and how we can free ourselves from this cage. It is necessary to break with passivity, organize resistance in the workplace, and build the foundations for a free life, where work serves human needs and not the profit of a handful of parasites. This live event is a call to arms, a meeting point for building class consciousness and self-management.

The fight for a dignified existence does not wait. Mark your calendar and prepare your fighting spirit: the UAF LIVE event will take place on May 16, 2026, at 3 PM, on the YouTube channel @uaf-br. This is not a passive event, but a trench for debate and the collective construction of a future without bosses, without sickening workdays, and without the invisible chains of modern labor. Bring your indignation, bring your strength, but above all, bring your will to change the world. For our freedom and against all oppression of work!

Our Guests:

Fernando Monteiro, Independent Historian

Bermard Almeida: Labor Lawyer
