  "Four (!) different articles in last week's 'The Investor' extoled the
american model of "zero tolerance" and were calling the government to
immediatly adopt it.  The thoeries of the american political scientist,
James Wilson, were adduced so warmly by a newspaper with signiffican links
with two crusial Ministries, these of Public Order and National Deffence.
  "It is a naivety to think that, the newspaper is trying to influence the
policies of the Public Order General Secretariat.  Issuing the information
above means that such a strategies is already adequately analysed from the
Police and the Ministry, and that some targets have already being selected
and there is an elementary project.  "The Investor" is used on the last
stage of the first part of this project: propaganda and reaction location.
  "All the above are related--of course--with the governments dicission to
spend 300 billion greek drachmas [about $850billion USA] more for Police
enforcements the next three years.  And to trace a streamlined politics of
oppression.
  "The American practics of oppression--a prototype for the Greek
modernization--are the cruelest in the world.  In some states, there is the
conviction to life-time confine if someone perpetrates three facts (even if
the last one was a pizza theft), significant number of State executions, in
New York immediate repression and rigorous sentences for the most simple
delinquencies, throughout U.S.A. private security prisons and a generalized
trend to use the prisoners as a cheap labour force (just like in China).
  "Such a policies cannot be realized without the embracement by the Media.
It presupposes  the systematic cultivation of the the notion of a society
tattered into individuals, without any proccess of self-organizing and
self-protection.  A society of which the only organized collective action is
that of an invissible and powerfull Mafia.  Where the last rampart of social
organzing that is left is nothing but the State itself.
  "It is given that the Greek Media do their best on this direction.".
