Gino is a Kosovo antifascist who sought refuge in France and is facing 
extradition to Germany following the Paris Court of Appeal's decision of 
August 19th, for his activism against the far right in Eastern Europe. 
Indeed, following an action in 2023 during "Day of Honor," an annual 
neo-fascist demonstration in Budapest equivalent to the C9M in Paris, 
former Prime Minister Orbán and current President Baká are demanding his 
execution, along with those of several other participants.

Beyond this emblematic case, dozens of antifascists and revolutionary 
activists are threatened at the European level by right-wing and 
far-right governments, not to mention the repressive policies across the 
Atlantic.

Against Gino and other activists who did their duty and whom we commend, 
Hungary and Germany are launching a direct attack on antifascism. This 
is also the case in France, particularly this year since the death of 
Quentin Deranque. We also remember our antifascist comrades currently 
imprisoned in connection with this case. By resorting to shock 
repression, states are trying to silence the entire social movement.

Indeed, this European legal proceeding takes on a particular 
significance given that the Trump administration has just designated the 
Italian-based activist internet service provider Inventati/Autistici as 
a "logistical hub for antifa and the far left," resulting in the 
delisting of its website from the DNS directory (the site is no longer 
accessible without modifying the DNS resolver) and also meaning that any 
support for this organization is liable to prosecution under US law for 
complicity.

Faced with this rising fascist international, we are here to remind 
everyone that it does not have a monopoly on internationalism. 
Regardless of the country, we will always support all our comrades who 
fight against authoritarianism, sexism, racism, and capitalism. We 
reject borders, we reject identity politics, we reject militarism and 
calls for war because we are one camp: the camp of workers, the camp of 
revolutionaries, and our enemy is the same everywhere: the capitalist 
and reactionary bourgeoisie.

Against legal proceedings and censorship online and in real life, the 
Libertarian Communist Union, alongside its sister organizations around 
the world, offers its support to activists who are being prosecuted or 
threatened. Freedom for Gino! Freedom for Maja, Zaid, the prisoners in 
Lyon, and for all imprisoned antifascists! Free All Antifa!
