emergency: a "national security alert." This grants the ruling clique 
sweeping powers to disregard civil liberties and environmental

the aim is nonetheless to gradually make the militarization of society 
acceptable and desirable. This conditioning begins at a very young age, 
and the military is increasingly infiltrating schools.

education on the concept of "defense ethos" can now be provided by the 
military. Furthermore, the deployment of "Defense Classes" is 
intensifying in secondary schools. At university, warmongering 
propaganda takes the seductive form of the video game Orion*, designed

War takes many forms, even those of peace. Economic, capitalist, 
military-industrial, technological, nuclear, territorial, neocolonial, 
patriarchal, religious, ideological... It remains enslaving and deadly.

Whether internal or external, "peacekeeping" or "humanitarian," war is 
essential to the development of capitalism. Wherever it is located, the 
army's function is social control, in conjunction with the police and 
prisons. In times of "peace," any uprising, any political or social 
demonstration, any criticism of the state and its sovereign power is met 
with increasingly repressive laws in the name of urgency and exceptional 
circumstances. In times of war, it is the civilian population that 
suffers the most: drones, bombings, anti-personnel mines, torture, rape 
as a weapon of war, sexual slavery, forced displacement, etc.

Everything is geared towards terrorizing populations in order to 
subjugate and train them to serve capitalism and the powerful, always 
using patriarchy, often religion, and increasingly, a secularism of order.

The Anarchist Federation calls upon all movements of deserters, 
refuseniks, workers, trade unionists, peasants, feminists, LGBTQIA+ 
people, anti-patriarchs, anti-racists, pacifists, and anarchists 
worldwide to organize for peace and social justice.

The Anarchist Federation is waging anti-militarist campaigns both 
through action and ideas. This commitment will continue both locally and 
internationally. Furthermore, the pacifist and anti-militarist 
imperative is the dismantling of all multinational military 
infrastructure and nuclear arsenals worldwide.

name of their social and pacifist struggles.
