migrants attempting to cross from Libya to Italy sank off the coast of

number of missing persons combined with the dead migrants reveals the 
extent of the criminal management of the incident by the Greek state, 
given that the Greek authorities had been notified several hours in 
advance of the danger in which the boat's occupants were, but also from 
the fact that testimonies of refugees and migrants who survived the 
shipwreck indicate that the coast guard attempted to tow the boat to 
remove it from the territorial rescue jurisdiction of the Greek state, 
resulting in it sinking and the majority of those on board not having 
time to get out of the lower levels of the boat, such as many mothers 
with their children. Despite all the testimonies, the state will arrest 
9 of the survivors and remand them in custody with a flimsy indictment, 
based on incomplete evidence. The testimonies of the survivors, who 
attribute responsibility for the shipwreck to the port authorities, will 
never be included in the case file. The circumstances under which the 
port authority took the statements of the 9 survivors will be questioned 
by their lawyers. The communications, official and unofficial, between 
the services, the governor and the operations room will not be recorded 
in the case file and will essentially disappear. Despite the state's 
efforts, however, to shift its own responsibilities for the Pylos 
shipwreck with many deaths to the people on board and to cover up its 
murderous actions, finding culprits among the persecuted and the 
outcasts, the 9 survivors and accused immigrants will be acquitted in

The overall anti-immigrant and murderous policy of the Greek state and 
fortress Europe is not only not disconnected from the murder of hundreds 
of immigrants off the coast of Pylos, but on the contrary, this mass 
crime represents in the most tragic way the essence of state deterrence 
policies through exemplary punishment, in death, for those who attempt 
to seek a life with dignity, as well as for the terrorization of all 
those who will find themselves uprooted or expelled from their homes 
tomorrow. From the further hardening of the immigration framework, with 
the increase in the time of administrative detention, the imposition of 
exorbitant fines, electronic surveillance, prison sentences and the 
continuous restriction of the possibilities of legalization and access 
to rights for refugees and immigrants, from the signing of the agreement 
to extend the fence in Evros by 35km, in order to further "upgrade" the 
armoring of the external borders of Greece and by extension of Europe, 
to the illegal pushbacks in the Aegean and the daily drownings of 
people, to the concentration camps for refugees and immigrants, where 
people are piled up and imprisoned in miserable conditions without any 
freedom, to the police pogroms against them in the cities, refugees and 
immigrants are confronted with the criminal policy of the Greek state, 
which aims to prevent entry into the country, naturally taking the 
option of murder. people seeking a better future than that of war, 
poverty and lack of freedom.
Today we find ourselves in a period where states and transnational 
mechanisms are turning on the war machines, launching military 
operations and shaping warring societies both to expand their sphere of 
influence and to continue the plunder of the state and capitalist 
machine. A condition in which the only real losers are the people 
themselves, who are faced with the carnage of war and the consequences 
of war, impoverishment, poverty, uprooting and death. Almost two and a 
half years after the start of the last phase of the Israeli attack on 
Gaza, the Palestinian people are still faced with massive bombings, 
displacements, destruction of social infrastructure, exclusion and 
conditions of generalized humanitarian disaster. The continuation of the 
massacre, the starvation of hundreds of thousands of people, and the 
transformation of entire regions into ruins capture in the most brutal 
way the barbarity of modern warfare and colonial occupation.
The condemnation of millions of people to destitution, poverty, disease 
and uprooting is the prerequisite for ensuring the over-accumulation of 
wealth in the hands of global economic elites and for the rearrangement 
of geopolitical power relations in the context of transnational 
antagonisms, between global, regional and local powers. The murderous 
anti-immigrant "deterrence" policies and the construction of Fortress 
Europe are reflected in the thousands of dead refugees and migrants at 
land and water borders, in those trapped and piled up in miserable 
conditions in modern concentration camps, in those imprisoned under a 
special racist regime of exception, in those murdered in police stations 
and blockades, like Mohamed Kamran Asik in AT Ag. Panteleimonas and Mia 
Harizoul at the Omonia Square in the fall of 2024. The "walls" that are 
being erected are not only used to keep the outcasts, the "surplus 
populations" out of Europe by any means, but also to lead Western 
societies to entrench fascism within them, to create a social condition 
of fear, control and hatred with the aim of tacitly accepting their 
savage exploitation by the rulers.
The exploited and the oppressed continue to pay with their blood for the 
maintenance and reproduction of the barbaric exploitative oppressive 
system that oppresses, murders and impoverishes. This is demonstrated by 
the dozens of murders of workers in the prisons of modern slavery. This 
is demonstrated by the constant increase in dead and disabled workers in 
the workplace, a result of intensification, employer irresponsibility 
and the devaluation of human life in the face of profitability. This is 
demonstrated by the employer's murder of Violanta and the countless 
cases of workers who never return from their daily wages, because for 
the state and bosses, human life costs less than protection and security 
measures. This is amply demonstrated by the thousands of deaths due to 
the criminal management of the pandemic, the dozens of victims of state 
capitalist crime in Tempi, the murdered Roma by the uniformed bastards 
of the ELAS, the murders of immigrants and refugees at the water and 
land borders of Europe Fortress.
Because the perpetuation of the power and profits of the economic and 
political bosses goes through the intensification of the exploitation of 
the poor and the plebeians, the plundering of our lives and the 
silencing and repression of all those who refuse to accept this 
barbarity as the only perspective. The barbarity where refugees and 
immigrants will either drown by the hundreds or be imprisoned in modern 
concentration camps or will be hunted by cops and fascists in the 
cities, impoverished and excluded from decent living conditions. The 
barbarity where dozens of people will be murdered on trains due to the 
state's murderous policies with the complete lack of control and 
maintenance of the networks and communication between trains, or they 
will die on carriages or in their homes waiting for hours for an 
ambulance to take them to the hospital.
In a period of war escalation, state armoring, generalized 
impoverishment and attack on the social body, the organization of 
struggles from below, class solidarity and the internationalism of the 
oppressed remain more necessary than ever in the face of the barbarity 
of the state, capital, war, fascism and modern totalitarianism.
In the world of the state and the bosses, we are all strangers.
Against the bankrupt world of the state and capital, against the war 
that the rulers have declared on the oppressed of this earth, as 
anarchists, we fight with our weapons for class and internationalist 
solidarity between peoples, proposing the organization of the 
counterattack of the exploited classes for the overthrow of the world of 
capitalism and the state. Together with the locals, immigrants and 
refugees, let us fight collectively and from below against poverty, 
impoverishment, oppression and subjugation, let us strengthen and 
protect the social and class resistances that are the target of 
repression and organize new ones. Against fascism, intolerance, war,
