Reading the 10 points, formulated for pre-electoral reasons, by von der 
Leyen, it doesn't take much intelligence to understand that this is 
fluff and this is because, without the consent of the States - as they 
rushed to clarify from Brussels - no decision can be taken and, much 
less, can measures of an operational nature be adopted. This means that 
the result will be the issuing of yet another decree which will contain 
further restrictions for migrants, the elevation of preventive detention 
to 18 months, to be served in special camps, even if it will be 
difficult to implement them to contain 200,000 migrants, because such it 
will be their number at the end of the year.
After which we ask ourselves: with what perspective if not that of 
allowing the imprisoned migrants to get through the electoral period, 
given that repatriations are technically and politically impossible due 
to the absence of suitable agreements and because they cost enormously, 
as indeed does staying in detention facilities.

which reminded us of the existence of a reception and integration plan
