Subject: Julia Butterfly's six month anniversary with Mickey Hart
* June 10, 11:00 AM: Six month anniversary of Julia "Butterfly" Hill's stay
180 feet up in Luna. Mickey Hart of the Grateful Dead will be leading a
drum-in in Stafford near Julia and Luna. It's on the full moon. Bring boots
and rain gear just in case...
* June 18: John Trudell is performing a concert at the Mateel Community
Center here in Redway.*The* place to see him. His "family" lives here.
* June 19, 8:00 PM The next night Penny (Darryl's partner here at ESP) is
having an eco-video rave birthday party (aka Basement Rave and Video Mix)
at her house. Dinner party (bring a bottle; pot luck), cheesy cocktail
music & slide show upstairs. Call me first if interested.
* June 20, in Benbow (2 miles south of Garberville) is "Jazz by the Lake"
with King Sunny Ade. What a weekend, eh? Redway Rocks!
* June 27-July 6 Earth First! annual national Round River Rendezvous in
North Central Oregon.
