	Dear friends, relations, anarchists (flying either red or green
with the black), autonomists, elves, saboteurs & monkeywrenchers,
bioregionalists, radical workers, revolutionaries, anti-authoritarians,
tubthumpers & other soapbox orators, hobos, billboard improvers, culture
jammers, feral fauns, pie-throwers, class warriors, animal libbers &
militant vegans, prisoners, queers, herbalists & wildcrafters, spiral
gardeners, anti-patriarchists, alternative his/herstorians, anti-fascists,
indigenous defenders, tree-sitters, art & revolutionists, pixies & sprites,
Situationists, writers & artists who follow Brecht's dictum, visionaries,
bolt weevils, squatters, hair hoppers, punks, libertarians, those living
underground or undercover for a cause, shoplifters, rioters & looters, road
rippers & depavers, subversives of different stripes, Luddites, Diggers &
Levellers, clued-in temp slaves, hippies in the hills & rural-types,
slackers, raging Grannies, cyberpunks & hackers (hell, you need to read
this rag more than almost anyone), various & sundry riff raff, other
like-minded folk, and even those who say fuck the isms/ists/antis and all
labels,

	Greetings and salutations from the Live Wild Or Die #7 Collective,
we hope this update finds you and yours in good health and spirits.
	You are receiving this because you have written to us in the past,
sent us submissions, ordered copies of our publication, or because we like
you. For those of you who haven't come across LWOD before, especially you
folks overseas, LWOD is a lively publication which is perhaps best
described by observing the list of our readership above!
	Would you consider sending a submission about events/issues in your
area or field of interest? If so, please contact us immediately. We are
hard at work on the next issue of LWOD, striving to hit the printers in
time for the North American Earth First! Round River Rendezvous in early
July. If we fail to meet that timeline it's because: 1) we are few and
already have our hands full smashing the state and working toward a society
based on mutual aid, voluntary cooperation, and the liberation of desire,
and 2) we want to keep up the brilliant work of our predecessors and
publish another illustrious edition of LWOD, instead of skimping on time
and material.
	We only inherited a partial mailing list which is two years old, so
this update is also an attempt to compile a current snail mail list. We
NEED TO HEAR BACK FROM YOU if you want to stay on it or get on it. Also,
please let us know if you are interested in putting in an order for LWOD
once it comes out, or if you want to order some of our widely-acclaimed
t-shirts (NB: wearing a t-shirt as a political statement comes dangerously
close to transforming genuine rebellion and dissent into a recuperated
commodity, thus feeding the spectacle of society; but what would you have
us do otherwise in order to procure funding, eh? Do you want us out on the
street scrounging for spare change just so we can go to print?). Bulk
orders are possible as well.
	Another project we are working on is to reprint the previous
issues, which involves technical questions (the originals are lost to the
world) and fundraising efforts. For the future, the idea of an LWOD
Retrospective (Greatist Hits!) has been kicked around, as well as
reprinting/distributing other material relating to our mutual interests.
	As you may know, LWOD has been published on a schedule of every
year or two, rotating between different collectives and locations. Our hope
is to kickstart the process for LWOD #8, and we'll either pass it on
quickly to the next batch of nutters who will take it on and help them get
set up, or do it ourselves.
