A-INFOS: THE VOICE OF *THE* ALTERNATIVE
Those who hate you have declared an end to history (sic). Yet people
all around the world continue to write the stories of their
communities, their struggles and their cultures in defiance of their
self-appointed victors. We wish to help them. We would be their
scribe. We are A-Infos.
>From humble beginnings on scraps of paper we have progressed beyond
our wildest dreams. We have written a chapter in our own hirstory, too
long to explain here, which, by the time you read this, will have
generated more paragraphs in our story of hope and liberation.
We are a multi-media news service dedicated to the struggle for
anarchy. No language has copyright on this story - it is the property
of everyone and no one. It cannot be told in one language. It is too
big, it is too important, it is too noble for that.
Help us. And in so doing help yourself and others too: we are
practitioners of mutual aid. If you have knowledge of more than one
language (and, frankly, who doesn't?) you can join us on our mailing
list A-INFOS-TRANS - the linguistic powerhouse of the A-Infos project.
On January 1st 2000 we will be *the* alternative to the voice of those
who hate you. Join us and come to the party. Those who feel they are
unable to help/attend are mistaken. Subscribe to A-INFOS-TRANS and we
will give you strength.
