On monday the 26th of januari Angela Maria Lovecchio was arrested
by a special police squad in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. At the
scene of the arrest Italian police was present.
Angela Maria Lovecchio is charged of being a member of a criminal
organisation, of two armed robberies with one murder, and of
throwing over the state in the sense of terrorism.
Italie has asked for her extradiction. Until that time Angela has
to stay in a prison.
Angela lived with her child Andrea in Amsterdam, friends are
taking care of the boy.
On wednesday the 28th of januari Angela was presented for a judge
for a first decission about her custady. The judge decided that
the procedures and allegations of Italie were proper and that
there were no special circumstances (like she's taking care of
here son) to let het stay out of prison.
Within 20 days after her arrest, Italie has to do an official
request for extradiction. A judge than decides within two months,
mainly on procedural grounds. Than once more Angela can protest
and have an appeal, wich can take 6 months.
Angela is placed in the woman's prison in Zwolle, the full adres
